DELIVERY
Deliveries are made by Australian Air Express free of charge Australia-wide.
Your order will typically arrive overnight if it is placed and paid (instant for PayPal/credit card payments or your direct deposit payment credited to our account) by 3:00pm (Sydney time) Monday to Thursday.
All orders placed and paid for Friday to Sunday will arrive Monday or Tuesday the following week. It may take 2-3 business days to deliver your order to some remote areas. Please note: It may take additional 2-3 business days to clear Bank Transfer payments. You can check delivery status of your parcel by visiting Australian Air Express website http://www.aae.com.au Yes, we accept Australian orders only at present. EXCHANGE / REFUNDYou can return a Full-price item for a full refund or size exchange. Your item should arrive back to us within 14 days from delivery date. Lucy in the Sky covers return postage fees for Full-price clothing items only. It is customer's responcibility to return Shoes, Accessories or any Sale items. All items must be returned in the new and unused condition, with all tags attached. If you wish to use our Free Return service for a Full-price clothing item you must contact us within 7 days from delivery date by visiting the Contact Us page and enter your order details (your name, order number and details of the items you wish to return) into the Customer Support form. We will send you a pre-addressed Express Post satchel to return your item back to us. All you have to do is to place the item you wish to return inside and drop it into any Gold Express Post posting box or lodge it at any Australia Post shop. Please note: posting your item at regular red Australia Post posting box may substantially delay a delivery of your return item. All exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 business days. We will not accept any items for a Refund or Exchange which were received past 14 days from Delivery date or returned in worn condition and/or with missing tags. All such items will be returned back to the sender. You will have to cover Express Post fees for return of your item. Yes, you can return your Sale Item for a refund or size exchange within 14 DAYS from delivery date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. Please note, our Free Returns Policy does not apply to sale items. You will have to post it back to us yourself. Refunds and size exchanges are processed within 3 business days. Lay-by service is also not available at present. We have similar cases reported when old versions of Internet Explorer were used. Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Card payments over the phone.
To pay for your order with your credit card over the phone please call us on (02) 4325 0003 from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please have the following details ready when you call us: your name, postal address, credit card number and expiry date along with 3 digit security number, style number and a size you wish to order. You can pay with your credit card even if you do not have PayPal account. Simply use PayPal option at Checkout and follow all the prompts when asked at PayPal login page DON’T HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT? Yes, you can pay by direct deposit into our bank account. Please select this payment option at Checkout for detailed instructions. Bust - measure the fullest part of your bust (keep measuring tape horizontal)
Waist - measure around your waistline (above navel) keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips - measure around the widest part of your hips approximately 22 cm below waist.
